OP is angling for a freebie. Definitely don't shoot with that BCG though, it's way sub-par. ETA- I'd demand that they reissue your receipt. |
I've seen colt and Armalite carriers staked worse than that. Why are you complaining. Does it work?
Pardon my ignorance, but why is it gold colored?
I don't think I've seen one of those before. |
What is wrong with the staking???
I have long wondered "who would buy a TiN coated bcg?" Cry babies. Cry babies is the answer to that question. |
OP, I understand. I really do. You bought that bolt carrier assembly to match your rug. Your sense of fashion is astounding.
Good grief.
Shoot me an IM and I'll take that worthless POS off your hands. I might even pay for shipping. |

Nobody is perfect, but I don't see anything wrong here. I must be missing something.
I'm missing something OP, what's your angle on this? I have 3 Aim BCGs and all of them function flawlessly, I've never looked at the staking because I don't need to, I know that if anything goes wrong with said BCG that Aim will take care of it no questions asked
That being said, if you are unhappy about your purchase than be a man about it and admit it, there is no need to act like a child and complain about something you believe is wrong but it actually how it should be |

First off the staking is sub par. And before someone says send it back I wanted to shoot this weekend. I just did a Google and it seems sub par stake jobs have been an issue with this for over a year. Why? Why hasn't this been fixed? https://i.imgur.com/oXCWVSn.jpg Normally I'd say shit happens but I'm getting tired of how often "mishaps" from companies have been occurring. Plus, as mentioned, it's been going on for a while. This second issue is definitely a head scratcher. Who thinks it's a good idea to wrap the bcg in the printed out receipt page and put it in the least padded (might not have been padded at all, can't remember now) envelope? https://i.imgur.com/7CGPXwQ.jpg View Quote that Staking is exactly what it is suppose to be, you want it to touch the screws, but you don't want it to be permanet. The staking prevents the screws from vibrating out, thats it. About the bubble mailer that we ship bolts in, we ship around 75,000 a year, and maybe see 2 problems a year. If we didn't make them free shipping we could box them but its going to add $ to the price of the BCG. |

The staking looks great to me.
Of the 8 or so BCGs I've had shipped from AIM, none of them had any issues in transit with the packaging. |
OP, I'd like you to try and remove the carrier key using an Allen wrench and your hands. Record a video and post it.
ETA: If only there was some kind of electronic record of the transaction...then it wouldn't matter that the receipt was used as packaging. |

Well this didn't go the way the OP intended.
The staking looks fine to me. |
Thats a pretty good stake job. OP is a little girl. Went with the fancy gold bcg and everything, does it match your favorite heels or purse. I bet he would crap a brick if his rilfe got scratched. Need me to hold that gold purse while you cry about the staking and scratches.

If youre upset about the packaging you're gonna be pissed when you find out what happens to the bcg when the rifle fires.

OP you should post this again. This is serious information that needs to get out.

That is the weakest rant I have ever seen on here OP. Congratulations

Ghey call out thread for "poor quality" on something made to beat the piss out of. You don't buy a jeep and cry when you scratch it off roading. Do you even brodoze, bruh?
