Rounds of M2 and SAW ammunition arrived today; I have been directed to take all of the company M2's and SAWs to the Range this Friday and perform through maintenance and test firing on the weapons. It's tough but somebody has to do it.

But are you going to clean them when you're done? Or tell someone else to do it?

I will clean them along with everybody who fires. Its all about teamwork.

rough life, huh? One of my favorite days was burning up all the leftover SAW belts one weekend.

im happy i finally got to shoot both the 240 and the 249. We went to the range out here and brought redhorse along, they brought a SAW and three 240s. Got to shoot a mag through the SAW, and ten rounds out the 240b, but it was my first experience with belt fed... man am i happy!
