Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Important news about Voc Rehab & GI Bill

Just found out today that if you get Voc Rehab from VA it cancels out your GI Bill.  Just wanted to let everyone know so you dont end up in the same position as I did.  I am now probably not going back to school like I expected.  I was planning on using my GI Bill money plus Voc Rehab to pay for school.  Its one or the other, NOT Both.

Now that doesnt sound right, You pay for the MGIB. It should be adjusted not taken away from you. It even states that in the on the DD Form 2366. you need a copy of it email me. Thats just not right because you did pay for it.
