Thank you so much for all your prayers and positive thoughts! After a very long month our son is finally home from NICU. Wed. afternoon he decided to try out this whole eating thing. One of his nurses discovered if we fed him side lying he would eat....and after that he took off! He is up to 6lbs on the dot and eating like a champ.

I can't thank you all enough for your kind words. It meant a lot to our family!

Thanks all! He is doing great - he has a horrible case of reflux but I am told that is normal in preemies and he should outgrow it. He's on meds for that. He's eating like a champ as long as we keep him on his side when he eats. odd. oh well...whatever works eh?
