I had the opportunity to taste this recipe tonight. I am a diabetic so I only had a spoonfull. This was really great stuff! I was told you need a 5 quart crock pot.
Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake 1 box chocolate cake mix 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix 1 cup water 4 eggs 3/4 cup vegetable oil 2 cups (16 oz.tub) sour cream 2 teaspoons vanilla Beat together well then add 1 bag chocolate chips Spray a large crockpot with a nonstick oil spray. Pour mix in and cook until the center is puffy and the edges pull away from the sides. About 3 hrs. on high OR 6 hrs. on low heat. Spoon out & serve with ice cream; try vanilla, coffee or mint for the holidays. Serves a crowd. Merry Christmas!  |

I'm weird that way, now if it was ummm, you know, that time of the month, chocolate would sound good. Any other time I can take it or leave it and I usually leave it. |

I hear ya...for me it's a food group. But so is Vodka. So what do I know? Roadhawk, question on the recipe: does it come out like one of those "lava" cakes or is it all fully baked and cake-like thru the center? |

It is much more cake-like throught the center, but it was very moist.

Nope, that was a Thanksgiving present!  Since the SEBRs won't be shipped out until next week or so, I had to go out and buy myself a different Christmas present. I bought a new Marlin 45-70. The SEBR will now have to be a New Years present! I can't wait until my birthday in March! I am very good to myself. I also need another safe, which is a necessity, so I can't buy myself one for a present. I just have to get it.  I will probably have a chance to shoot the AR10-BN sometime in the next week.
