I am looking for a Russian army photograph that i believe was taken after they captured Stalingrad back from the germans. It shows a russian soldier raising or holding a russian flag in some ruins. The russian army edited this photograph before mass printing in the newspapers by removing ONE of the TWO watches the soldier was wearing. I may need a copy of this for a paper i am writing.
Thanks,
Shrike [flag]

Is this the one?  It's Berlin, not Stalingrad.

That's it, Renamed!  The one with the Soviet officer pushing the enlisted puke up there for the photo-op. I'm sure one of those watches was set to local time and the other to Moscow time! [:P]
