The senators asked the attorney Gen. why he does not use the NIKS background check to find out if the suspects have bought guns.I don't know a lot but these records are not suppose to be destroyed after the transaction with in 1 to 3 days according to the law?.how he can use something that suposedly does not exist?.If he does, a good lawyer and a decend Judge would let a criminal go,because of illegally optened evidense? which part i am wrong?

Thanks for the answer. So since the records are not destroyed yet, can they legally be used?or they have to find another way to find out about the gun purchases?

Let's see... How many people were prosocuted for failing an "Instand Check" less than 10 if I recall correctly. And that's when Reno was AG. A real success story there. [smoke]
