If memory serves me right, the city of Houston's
public auction should be about a month away.
They have sold firearms in the past. I am curious how this works.  Do they only sell them to FFL holders? If they sell them to the public,
how does that work?

Don't know about TX, but here in AR they are sold to the public.  Unfortunately they go for list or above, which I don't understand, but they do.

Last police auction I'd seen here (Alaska), had notice that all handguns were to be sold as a single lot to an FFL-holder. I didnt go, n assume private individuals bid on the long guns available.
