Hey guys, would like to get your thoughts on something.

I sold a rifle to a member in another state.

He sent the funds and an FFL.

I shipped the rifle to his FFL.

He picked the rifle up from his FFL and did all the necessary paperwork on his end to legaly take posession.

He wants to return the rifle to me.



Can he return the rifle directly to me?

OR

Does the rifle need to come back to me via my FFL?

Needs to come through an FFL in your area......

That rifle has been transfered out of you're
name ,and any sales that cross state lines
have to go through a FFL
