Can anyone here recommend a website that offers a downloadable will that would be legal and binding (in Texas)? I'm not looking for anything complex, as neither my final wishes or estate would be either.

If your estate is more than 20k, it will go through probate and require a probate attorny. Cheap ones are 10%.

Spend a lil' extra now and have a trust set up. It creates tax loopholes and there is no concern of probate.
