The California State Supreme Court has ruled [b]FOR[/b] the defendant -  Navegar, maker of the Tec-9, over turning the state appeals court court. Said that Navegar cannot be held liable for the criminal use of their product.

On a local radio show yesterday they had the lady and her lawyer on who brought up the suit.  The host who I would say is probably anti-gun could not see the logic of their lawsuit and the lady and lawyer got so pissed off they left the show after about 10 minutes.
