No, the flashhider/muzzlebrake/whatever counts.
BUT, why give up the velocity? If you have to have a 16" barrel, why not have a 16" barrel (or at least 14.5 & a brake/hider) |

Also the flash hider/whatever has to be permanently installed if it's to count towards the 16" length. If you use an 11" barrel and just screw on a FS, it's still an 11" barrel.

Plus, it just looks so cool with a long flash suppressor :) and thanks for the replies ! |
