Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Buying 80% lowers (for AR10/15) and building yourself. Arizona. Permanent Resident.

So if I am a US Permanent Resident (not US Citizen) and live in Arizona, it is legal for me to buy 80% lowers and build my own rifle, am I correct?

Additional input: I also have CCW, I know it's irrelevant to 80% lower, but just saying that I was cleared once for all that stuff and not a person who is "not allowed to have firearm due to whatever reason".

So what do you think? I heard from several people and online stuff that it is legal, I tried to see if I might miss something but couldn't. So can I do it?
