Son of friend needs a referral to a patent prosecution attorney and general business attorney in Wilmington, NC area.

He'll probably want separate lawyers for those issues if he's serious.
Patent attorneys from any state can help him out with the patent issue (federal law). He'll probably need a lawyer licensed in NC for the business issues (state law).
