Are there any restrictions to shipping parts to someone in Canada. Parts in question are a complete bolt assembly, if that matters. Thanks.

Simple but not all inclusive guidelines are: 1) If it is less than $100, it might be shippable without an export license, providing #2 is not true. 2) If it is a "major" (my words) part of a firearm, then you must export using DSP-83. Major parts are bolts, bolt carriers, receivers (upper & lower) barrel, stock, fire control parts, etc. Export rules are really confusing and not easily understood, IMHO. Think of exporting meaning ANY place outside of the 50 states and can even include a couple US "territories." If you still want to export it, you will need to find someone who knows thwe ropes (i.e. bond, etc.) adn that will cost you a good $100 for that one experience.
