Wife gave me a picture today as my birthday gift. A Ruger vaquero 45LC 7.5ch ivory that's waiting at the gun store for me. It will take me 2-3 weeks to get it on my permit. Great birthday gift from a great women.

Nice Gerny - Mostly I'm interested in machineguns, but I've been thinking of picking up a Vaquero; they look like a nice piece if you can get past the Ruger name.   It would be my first sixgun...maybe I've just been watching too many westerns lately though.

Let me know how it shoots.
