I posted a pic of my AR in it's latest rendition. One of the readers of this board posted a concern regarding the legality of the stock set up. To the best of my knowledge it's legal but I guess I better ask and see what the rest of you think. So here's the set up: I took a post-ban Bushy lower. I removed the standard A2 stock, and I replaced it with a Law Enforcement Length Stock (7 1/4"-long): I then added an adjustable butt plate from Accuracy Speaks: As I see it this set up doesn't make the rifle shorter than it's legal length, it only allows me to use the rifle no matter if I'm wearing cold weather clothing or just a T-shirt during summer. It doesn't make the rifle easier to hide than if I only had the short stock on it. So the question is this - is it legal?
