Must be some liberals in Wausau.  The Mungs (sp?) maybe.  The numbers are too close in this second poll, let's pump it up!

Thanks everyone!

If your state is looking for legal concealed carry (i.e., restoration of rights), WI is literally on the verge of becoming the next CHL state.  While I agree that the Vermont model is the correct approach, it's not realistic.  Having WI go with CHL's could only help MN and IL.

While this is by no means a done deal, I believe that if we can get it past the Democratic blockade and to the floor of the Senate, we are within a few votes of it passing.

Winning these polls will not be that useful for us, but losing them will be used against us.  Hey, when you're dealing with the party of double standards, that's another unfortunate reality....

It is spelled Hmong. I often wondered how and why this minority flocked to the paper valley area.

As in:
"Wisconsin, Your Hmong Friends" [:D]
(remember that bumper sticker?)

Edited for humor.

Not to be openly disagreeable or anything but, I've found it very rare to find an Asian immigrant that is anti-gun.  I remember going to the indoor shooting ranges in Los Angeles and always being the tallest guy there.  Why would folks assume Hmong are liberal?

Second Wausau poll now 67.1%, 32.9%

Dolomite, you are probably correct about the Hmong after I think about it.  They were brought over here, often by conservative religous groups and given their nature in SE Asia, I'll bet most are pro-gun.
