If he does, and in a public speach point out why he did it. You know, little details like upholding the Constitution, he will get 8 years. If he lets come into law he will be out and Joe Leiberman will be our next president.

Likely, they will rule PARTS of it unconstitutional, yes.  The key word there is parts.
