Easy way to tell if a town is Anti-Gun:

Look for signs on the Highway that read "Report Illegal Guns: 5 Years in Prison" or something like that. They have such signs around Atlanta, GA and Tallahassee, FL.

The other clue is Atlanta's extended waiting period for those w/o a CCW.

Seriously, Georgia needs to consider Pre-emption against local ordnances and lawsuits.

It surprises me how much front-page ink, fanfare & hoopla the anti-gun news media gives a lawsuit when it is filed; but when they lose, it is like a puppy walking with its tail tuck between its legs, and is relegated to the back of front section as filler stories.

But keep in this mind, this is a numbers game for the anti side.  They realize that the basis for their lawsuit is a long stretch of the imagination, but they only have to wind a few to get the effect they are looking for.

Georgia already has it but Atlanta, like Miami does in Florida, ignores state law while no one at state has the balls to do anything about it.  Besides, all you have to do is go to Tucker or some other suburb and bypass all that crap.
