I'm not sure the vintage but it's an Essental Arms lower.  I don't recall when DPMS bought them out but it was definately before 1994. I bought her at a gun show.  She had M16 parts in her minus the auto sear.  I fixed her back to legal state and added the "accessories".  I just love how she looks dressed up.
