My hunting buddies and I saw this program and thought it would be great to have. Anyone have this program? Thoughts on it?

I have a copy at least one year old. It came on one DVD. Topo version 2.0 I used it with my laptop and a GPS. Worked great for offroading.

Not just the map, I really want the topography of the area. and we want to be able to print out maps. Cabelas has the waterproof map paper . We are alwasy trying out new area to hunt and we want to have an idea of what the terrain is like before we go in. The 3D feature seems like a great tool

I have it at work. The tools are simple enough to learn in short order, and you can plug waypoints in from a GPS and plot or plan routes. There is also a shading feature that brings out terrain relief. It will also give you distance between points, and you can use MGRS or lat/longs.
