It keeps popping up. I first heard about this years ago. So now some feminist is writing about it, and FOX of all media organizations prints it. Good.

Wherever large numbers of "peacekeepers" and civilians from NGOs show up under UN auspices... you get a thriving sex trade. The UN leadership, being socialist and totally corrupt have no interest in pursuing any investigation that would lead to their embarrasment, and criminal charges for their cronies.

If they are the highest authority, then who is going to police them?
