I heard this on the news in my car earlier and I thought i would look into it on the stations website.

Am I reading this correctly?  Is the former US Attorney General questioning whether we even have a right to hold these guys?  What the hell is going on here?  Does anyone alse think that these guys should be dead already or is it just me?


Further into the article, it says that "

I know that there are a couple of board members from the Netherlands (sorry Hans! I hope I dont offend you here) but Who the hell cares what the Netherlands thinks?  What the hell does the Netherlands even have to do with this situation?

As for the humane treatment of these prisoners, they make a point to state that the prisoners are out in the 90degree weather, and have been seen "mopping their brows".  Are they for real?  Do they realize that these animals were living in a cave last month?

I know, maybe there should be tennis courts and a swimming pool w/ a swim up bar!!!  Maybe we should just send them to Club Med where they could catch a tan and sip Frozen Margaritas?

You know what?  I am sick and tired of all these liberal ANTI AMERICAN scumbags who live in (AND HOLD OFFICE) in this country.  Who the hell elects these people?  They are the first to scream about the prisoners civil rights, the first to scream about all cops being corrupt when some poor guys makes a bad judgement call.  And yet these are the same Scumbags that want to take away MY RIGHT TO OWN A GUN!!!!

If they are so goddamn worried about individual rights and civil liberties, why the hell are they worried about me being able to defend myself and my country?  What the hell is going on here?

I'm all for 'em being released. Need to give the grunts some realistic training on moving targets before they head overseas.

This whole they are outside....... just like people that complain about the Maricopa Co (AZ) jail that has army tents to house prisoners. Where does it say you have the right to air conditioning? How many people in Cuba have air conditioning?? Is 90 really that hot in the Caribean????  People PAY to do that, but they would probably want to be closer to the beach.

I have a friend that was locked up in that tent jail in arizona. he said that because the conditions were tough that it changed alot of the guys attitudes about wanting to go back to prison.go figure. anyway i dont really know why they are trasporting these guys to the marine base, just trie them like the Isreali's do, shoot them on the spot of capture, tried,judged,convicted,sentenced. Much cheaper that way, whats a bullet cost, verses putting all of these scumbags in prison, I say use them for live fire drills, hell make a new reality game show, kinda like that one that the wwf tried to get going with the so called commandos hunting down people on an island in hawaii, yea there you go turn them loose and hunt them down use them for search and destroy missions, the name of the game show could be" the hunt for the taliban", or kill the towell heads, oops not pc enough, "pass on the rag", there you go. then when there is a kill you could award prizes, or better yet let all of the familys effected by the world trade center do all of the hunt and killing with help from the military yea much better. know there is justice.The game show could be called "Shoot The Taliban,  F##K the liberals. Kill the stupid taliban, although suck them for every intel you can get from them right before they die from interigation. taliban has no right to be on the face of this earth. period. they want rights I will give them rights the right to pull my foot out of there ass just before I give them the right to receive a bullet in the head.
