You need a expander wrench.
I would tell you about the time I removed one with a pipewrench and alot of duct tape, but thats a another story.... |

its pretty self explanitory. the only problem you might run into is if the stock is staked on.
if that's the case, i don't know what to due to break the stake w/out damaging anything. |

To install one:
1. Thread the buffer tube assembly into the back of lower receiver until it almost covers the buffer retainer hole. 2. Insert buffer retainer and its spring into their hole and tighten buffer tube more until it just covers the buffer retainer. 3. Tighten the stock nut with a tele-stock wrench. 4. Depress buffer retainer and install buffer spring and buffer. |

Thanks gents for the suggestions and directions. Took the old c.s and replaced with the new one. Easier than I expected and luckily the c.s was not staked on. Thanks... |

if you plan on leaving the new stock on you might concider staking it. Lotboy's was coming loose and i staked it for him. anyway.. good luck.
