I've never had them take more than two days to process and ship an order to me.  Like most people, I think, I place my orders over the weekend and they've always shipped it by Tuesday.  

Plus they actually read and so far have payed attention to the comments I've put into the comment section of my order.

What he said.  If you reload and want something very sweet, buy their hand priming tool.  It is almost a hundred bucks, but is it sweet.  My limited experience with them is all positive.  They give excellent advice over the phone too.  

Shipping usually takes 4-5 days and I'm an hour and 15 minutes away from them. Cheaper for me to get it shipped than to drive over and get it plus no sales tax. I have driven over to pick up powders when I had to have some VihtaVouri propellants.

They are a specialty house as someone mentioned before and have some of the highest prices that I have found. Midway and MidSouth are usually cheaper.

Also, I wouldn't lend too much creedence or faith into their suggestions or advice or go looking to them for answers with respect to their sales help. One of their sales reps was downright surly during a recent visit and couldn't seem to fathom that someone might shoot light bullets in a quick twist barrel.

If their the only one with the item your looking for by all means make your purchase but if it is common you can probably find it cheaper and get it quicker from someplace else.

Quite certain my good man. I drove over to pickup some VV and was told by the Sales unit that I was "stupid" for trying to shoot 40 grainers in a 1-8 or 1-9 twist barrel. I asked for a suggestion for another VV powder besides N135 and when I gave details on my setup and intentions for the powder in question he informed me I was lacking in grey matter.

I won't give 'em another dime unless I can't find it any other place.
