If you're using layers (and you should be), you can adjust the brightness, contrast, etc. of the layer with the guys head to match the background layer. The variations tool comes in handy for that.

Okay, my turn...
The first image is a pic of Grin_N_Barrett's Durango. He took the pic with a digicam, and wanted me to clean up the image a little bit, so he could advertise the truck for sale... The second image is what I created for him. Notice the "tread marks" in the sand, immediately behind the tire... BTW: The only "clip art" used, was the pic of the mountains... The desert scene is 100% designed on the fly and airbrushed in!
