Quoted: does anyone have any experience with one? Shooter, I know this isn't even close but I have an M1A1 in .243. This puppy, with a 55gr bullet, gets about 4000fps of muzzle velocity. I no longer hunt (animals) but this is a "FLAT-shooting" machine for me - a humble puncher-of-paper. |

i never had a 243, but am looking to get one

My PSS is in 223 and I like it very much. If the opportunity ever arises for one in 243 I am sure I would take it, and enjoy it also.

It also has a fold-down pistol grip that I've never seen on another M1A1. Made in 7/91 I bought it from a dealer who just wanted to sell the rifle - at a gun show here in Oklahoma City |

I have a 700 VLS in .243 and love it dearly. Great with factory ammo and FANTASTIC with handloads. Nosler balistic tips at nearly 4000 FPS is explosive.
