Actually, I have had intermittent delays such as the ones you are talking about. I also tried 6 times to sign in earlier, before I got it right. I was typing my name and PW correctly, as well. |

But seriously it DOES seem faster to me, and I'm on dial up! and as far as signing in goes, my cookie works as good as it always did! |

Actually, this site is working so fast for me that I didn't even finish typing this. The words just magickally appeared.

It was slow at work and I got to check out the site and was frusterated that it was so slow. I am a 911 PD/FD dispatcher and we are on a direct line for internet and it is very fast on everything else we use, so it had to be the site. And my PC at home is "DSL". [thinking]I totally would have deserved all the comments that you guys held your tongue on!! [thinking] But now you guys just proved that you're "Awesome". On the other hand, 5150 is baggin' on me now![stick] |

For some reason, Netscape hangs for a couple of seconds while loading each and every page. I also am seeing it just kinda not bother to display anything, even after loading all the data (just a full screen of green). And, on mine, Netscape crashes frequently but without any noticeable pattern (sometimes every few pageloads, sometimes it runs fine for an hour). Does this sound similar to what you're experiencing?? |
