Why is that M16 in the second photo wrapped up like that? (sometimes it helps to lighten the pix up with Photoshop first) |

Flashlight? It appears you are refering to the Night Vision Sights on the SAWs, they look like Littons, either the 4X Raptor or AQUILA III
