A while back someone posted a pic from a website that had a decomposed skeleton hand in the desert holding a handgun. The caption was "now you can have it". I remember going to the site that was on the pic and it had a bunch of pro-gun images like this one.

Anyone know what this site was?

It`s probably not...but try bangedup.com......they have a lot of diverse (some sick) stuff........

No it's not one of the sicko sites with suicide pics. It is a bonafide pro-gun political site.

Sorry, don't know the site, but there is the pic if you need it.

Cool... thanks. The site had some really killer ones. I wish I could find it. My wife was wanting a couple of them for her desktop wallpaper.

Wasn't that image on Oleg Volk's site?

WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

That is MY photograph!!!!  My glock and My skelital arm...
I am the photographer of that picture, I have the 35MM pic and the negative to prove it.

There was to be an AR-15 verson but I didn't have enough sand at the time....

MAN people just keep stealing more and more from me.........

It used to be on my aol site until some asswipe down in Texas stole the pic and started to print T-shirts with it one there....
I then removed it from my FTP..
I really wish everytime a pic aws copied it would degrade...

*Bitch and cry mode off.

Bishop,

I remember when I first saw your pic here.
Is there any way to copyright or watermark your stuff?

Quite alright...  I couldn't do anything to protect the picture at the time, but  I now found something in my scanner program that allows me to Emboss a thin name over the entire picture...

Sorry Bishop.  I "found" the pic here on AR15.com several weeks?/months? ago.  I've seen the same image on t-shirts at the gun shows!!

Probably a very good idea to watermark the image as some have stated or sign it/copyright it.

I have not been using it commerically but it is the wallpaper on my laptop.

Bishop,

Sympathies about the intellectual-property theft by the tee-shirt vendor.  I should point out that I [red]don't know[/red] if I saw your image on Oleg's site or not;  whenever someone mentions "a bunch of pro-gun images" I think of his site since he makes a bunch of them.

It used to be there on his old site but since he revaamped it looks like it is absent. He used to have it as a gateway page pic that displayed a random series of images before you enter the main site. I remember refreshing through all the pics and "the hand" was definately one of them.

Wonder if you could get some "consideration" for the image. Proving it shouldn't be impossible (how many people can know it's not a human's right hand).

It's not??  What is it?

BTW -- how many people know?  Well, around three hundred people on AR15.com, at least. [:D]

you should embed a steganography watermark

encode a pic within a pic

Looks good.  If someone were to purchase it or your other pics would you send them a clear image?  Do you have a website that we can view & purchase your artwork?

I know that Oleg Volk allowed his pictures to be put on a cd (134 pics for $5.00) & the proceeds went to the KABA website.  Of course, being a capitalist society, you may choose to charge whatever you wish!   [:)]

I've removed the pic as requested...I don't recall who posted it here...just know it was several weeks/months ago....I think the caption was "Nuff Said."

You are talented.  I hope you post some more of your work...protected this time.

Ben, "you should embed a steganography watermark
encode a pic within a pic"  I don't know what that is...
