Who else out there carries a knife on a daily basis. My Spyderco Delica goes with me every where. You guys?
Swiss Army. I guess a McGuyver thing. I can't carry a real blade to work (NASA) but I carry either my CQC7 or AFCK on the weekends,,, unless I'm carrying my HK USP40.
... Benchmade 9100 Automatic when wearing casual.
... Spyderco "Jess Horn" with formal clothing. |
Kershaw wildcat ridge folder on my belt, Gerber Guardian elsewhere.
I used to carry an Emerson CQC7 and Leatherman tool, but I am an airline pilot and can no longer be trusted to carry these.
Lucky you, Spectre.
Most of the sheeple get scared when I pack my small sword. They are totally intolerant. |

Currently looking for an Elishewitz "Persian". |
Is there something other than the waved Emerson???
Probably the fast into action knife ever devised and made of the best metal. |

I always carry at least one knife.
Currently a Pro Tech Tactical Response 3 Auto Often a Kershaw Boa Sometimes a Neil Blackwood Neck Ninja |
Usually at any one time, the following 3 are on me: my Buck Crosslock, my SOG Paratool, and a little $5 locking folder. Then, depending on what I'm doing, I may also have on me:
-Kershaw Amphibian (diving, rafting) -StiffKISS Tanto/Serrated (diving, rafting) -Kershaw Roughneck (camping) -Harry McEvoy Bowie-Axe throwing knife (for throwing, duh....) -Stag handle Solingen hunter (general camp knife) -Green River hunter that I built myself (mostly camp cooking) Edited 'cuz I can't spell McEvoy's name right |
Gerber Covert folder everyday. Leatherman Sideclip with it when I'm at work.
Kershaw Avalanche with Speed safe
I carry it everyday all day, just does not feel right without it. |
Benchmade in front pocket, Spydercard in wallet. Paranoia without.
I carry a Case 3 blade with stag handle ( got it for my dad a few year before he died) Also have the big K-Bar. The rest are cheap lockblades, the ones that you can pick up for 2 bits at any gunshow. It's useless to carry a $50 dollar knife, seems I always lose or break them. It really pissed me off when i broke 3 Cold steel knives in 2 months.

A spyderco delica, harpy or police model. I especially love my sst harpy, its so evil looking. [}:D]
Microtech SOCOM (old style) since '98...
It's been all over the world with me. Used to get it on planes until those assholes pulled their crap. Best knife I have ever owned. |
Benchmade Emerson CQC7 Left-handed... EVERY day (I don't bother with airports - I have avoided them for years!)
Field knife is an additional blade - usually a Mk3 Mod0 USN Dive Knife, or my AR Bayo - either one or both will work... FFZ |
Gerber mkII when I am not at work, then it is a sw tactical folder.
Spyderco Endura when I'm at work, production Emerson CQC7 when I'm on my days off...

PlainEdge Delica. It does everything I need with a low probability of sheeple reactions in public (or jury box, if it ever comes to that.)
Am I the only one here to ever carry a Spyderco Civilian? At that time, only lasted a couple of months, I also carried an old-style serrated Delica for utility work. This is a very stupid idea and I do not recommend it. Frisco |
Not to put a damper on the thread, but are you fellas allowed to carry a knife in you state/city?
I ask because as I read the rules of my State, which does not allow CCW, a knife/baton/etc is still considered a weapon. So I carry a CRK&T M16SRT w/ tanto blade... |
Quoted: Cold Steel Voyager, everywhere Fred View Quote A man after my own heart. I have an early style 4" model. Also carry a 2 bladed boker for more detailed work. It amazes me the number of people that don't carry a blade, it is the most used tool that I own, if I'm not carring one I feel naked.[uzi] |
After wearing out two swiss-army watches, I upgraded to a Leatherman Wave and haven't looked back. I keep my knife on my keychain, and they take a beating.
I'm probably going to pick up an automatic knife one of these days. 1.9" blade is still legal to carry in CA, imagine that:) |
I always have one of the following with me either a Benchmade McHenry Williams or a custom made Mel Pardue Auto.
Ropes |
Victorinox Trailmaster: I have used it for everything from cleaning deer/hogs, opening mail, to cutting a fat lady from a car wreck. (No offense meant to any fat ladies in the audience.) It zipped through the seatbelt neatly.
Peace. Out. |
