I'm wondering what everyone's experience with muzzle breaks is.  Is there a certain one that any of you would reccomend?  I'm looking for a post ban legal muzzle break, and i'm looking for the one with the least increase in sound/flash.  Is there a muzzle break on the market that does not increase the sound/flash significantly?  Is there a legal muzzle break that, as a side effect, even acts as a bit of a flash surpressor?  I'm just looking for a decent looking and performing muzzle break that's not going to make an incredibly loud sound and flash.
