Hi folks,
Heres my problem, I traded a used para on a used beretta elite that was in almost new condition. During the CA 10 day wait the store was burglarized!!! Yes both pistols were taken. So today I was told because my pistol was "used" I would need to speak to the manager who is off today but will be in tomorrow. OK, no problem I can wait. Have any of you went through a similiar deal? How was it handled? What in your opinion should the store do for me? I really wanted the elite:(

I hope this work out for ya.... I have never had a gun for sale.. let alon stolen. I would belive the FFL had insurance that should take care of your loss. The FFL should have your firerms logged in his book.
