3 Foreign Student Pilots Arrested
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- Three foreign student
pilots are in federal custody after they were arrested at a Southwest Florida airport Tuesday.
FBI and Immigration and Naturalization Service officials arrested the three students at the Charlotte County Airport in Port Charlotte, Florida. The three students are from Tunisia.
One of the students called a flight instructor and told him he had been arrested because his visa to stay in the U.S. had expired. The instructor thinks the other students are being detained under the same charges.

Flight schools nationwide came under close scrutiny after officials learned that several of the Sept. 11 hijackers took flying lessons in Florida and other states.
The FBI and INS are not commenting on the investigation. The students have a court hearing Thursday.
Is that all the flight instructor is disturbed by! He should be happy these illegals have been caught. Maybe more of them will stop coming if the INS does it's job.
