True. OTOH, baseball players cannot shoot you by mistake. Nor can they send you to jail on their discretion, assuming PC. Cops have considerable power which we, as society, grant them. As a person who has never been arrested, I suggest that police, in general have too little induction screening and little or no ongoing monitoring. Not ment as a bash at all, simply an observer's opinion.

I have been arrested though, and I am fine with most cops. The one that arrested me, is another matter. I still don't think he needed to, but at least being a Juvie I was released very quickly and didn't have to go to jail. But, when my parents got me home...Let's just say I had trouble sitting down for a while.

I would like all to know that I voted for the second choice. Yes I will bitch and moan when a LEO does the attitude thing. But I will also be the first to give credit when professionals deserve it.

From where I'm at, so far most that I have come in contact with are assholes. I guess I should pick #4, but ended up picking #3.

Whoever voted for #1 must be on CRACK!

So what's to "finish"? The people who voted for either option #5 or option #1 are going to continue to kick off stupid threads insisting, resepectively, either that all cops are scum or that all cops should be given free blow jobs by anyone said cops arrest (themselves included, no doubt) simply for being such wonderful people as to put on a badge and gun. The rest of the board won't be consulted. Personally, I picked #3, although depending on the news, I might venture toward #4 or #5 on occasion.
