Found the AUP for Winternet. It specifically bans "obscene" materials. Dunno what they think is obscene if those pics are getting by... In their Terms & Conditions page, however, it does mention that Offensive and Adult material may be accessible on their web page.
Also, if this individual is linking without permission, that is also addressed in their AUP. [email protected] is listed as a contact email for them.

If you write winternet, you should mention that the pictures are obscene. They are very specific about that in their AUP, so playing along with them would be a better way to go.

As for Marketshare, I requested their logs of this persons IP and ISP. Most companies do not turn this stuff over, but they will then own up to this.

Since kiddie porn is illegal, having it posted through their IP puts them in a bind.

Too bad I erased those posts but kept the logs... all those nasty and illegal things he posted are gonna come around to haunt him... [}:)]
