Thanks guy, I'll try the Disney store for a Tigger. I'll call Georgia Precision for the AR-15 Jewell trigger. Oh, I'm an idiot.

We all love AR's and Tigger too. [smoke]

You're not an idiot, just new and not paying attention to your typing. Welcome to the nuthouse, take everything you read and see with a grain of salt and don't be afraid to state your opinion. Don't get offended easy cause some people here try to do that. Welcome aboard, Ice

chgreen, I will offer another opinion and suggest the Stoner. I have a Jewell and a Stoner and find the latter to be superior. It is easier to install and adjust, and has a much crisper break that the Jewell. It will cost you about $100 more for the Stoner and you can only get it for Mil-Spec pin sizes so any use in a Colt will be limited.

I have a Rock River Arms NM 2 stage trigger in mine. Easy to install, a world of difference in performance!

My vote is for the CLE 2 stage trigger. Tiggers I get from the Disney store. Merlin

I'll second the Stoner nomination. I don't know if it is the best but it is darn good, and it is easy to install and adjust. Make sure you get plenty of locktight on the adjustment screw though. If it backs out, your trigger won't reset.

Thanks to everyone. You've all answered a lot of questions and made me laugh too.

RRA 2-stage DCM trigger is hard to beat for the price. Very crisp. Not weight adjustable like the Jewell though.

I have the RRA and the Jewell. I prefer the latter because it's adjustable, although the RRA is not bad. For a cheaper solution (~$10), buy the spring set from JP. It will bring the weight down to a tolerable 4.5 lbs. Welcome and best wishes.
