After the Sept. 11 attacks I read a story about how Sears was prohibiting flags on delivery trucks.  I emailed them with my disgust and they replied with an email that they were placing flags on all trucks.  They claimed it was a safety issue that was confused by the media.  I was impressed that they wrote back.  Tonight I got a phone call to verify that I got the email.  I must say, I am impressed that they care.

It proves that SteyrAUG's idea of us contacting companies, etc. can work.
