hey guys just picked up a colt m4 A3 LEO rifle in 1 in 7 twist  what would be the right ammor for that 62 gr or 55 gr  ive been plinking with the 55 gr out to 200yds with nice groups  any tips  or suggestions    which twist is better in your opinion guys thanks  jim
