Yeah, they caught him. He said that he was drunk at the time. (same as the Captain of the Valdeez)

Yeah, the Alaskan Idiot's brother was along for the ride. The brother stayed around and squealed on his drunk brother who also just happened to be a convicted felon. The sober brother told the cops who did the shooting, cops go to brother's house and bust him for felon in possession.
