The dissidents who want to give peace a chance have reminded me of a short skit by George Carlin.  In one of his older recordings (1974ish) from the album “FM/AM” Carlin does his radio disc jockey shtick.  He talks of “A new song by Danny and the Dressmakers; titled ‘Don’t want no War.” Carlin then sings like he’s the new record:

“Don’t want no war!”
“Don’t want no war!”
“Don’t want no war!”
“DON’T WANT NO JOB NIETHER!!!”
