most recent toe encounter-my work buddy and i were making a delivery to a woman in marina del rey,when she opened the door,she was about mid to late 30's and waring SPANDEX?!it looked like she had a balled up fist in her shorts,put many a camel toe to shame that i've ever seen before.[XX(]

I was talking about this a couple of weeks ago when doing a Seahawk special assignment.  
I and a couple of others were sitting at the table when a young woman walked towards us.  I said, "CamelToe..."
One guy says, "Whaaaatttt?"

I looked at him and did what appeared to be a maneuver only the Pope should be doing, like this:
create the "V" with your hands angled in at the wrist and then take your right hand and move it to the middle and pull it down vertically, sort of like a "blessing"...

The other guy cracked up!
He knew right away what I meant.
It is now a standard signal between the bus drivers for a CamelToe alert.
