the variants on the HK USP's.
can you just "open her up" and change it around?
does it have to come from the factory that way?

variant 1 and 7 (can carry cocked and locked)
1 has decocker
7 does not
(is it obvious going from SAFE-FIRE-DECOCK?)
i would hate to remove the safety and continue to decock...

ALSO! can you get a USP compact with an actual hammer or are they all "bobbed"?

You have to either order it in your desired variant from the factory or have an HK Armorer change it for you.
