Or legally for this matter.

Most of you already know how to fly US flag correctly.  Here's a copy of the United State "flag code" for reference.  I did not know you can't drape US flag on a vehicle but flown on staff "fixed firmly to the chassis or clamped to the right fender" (the law IS passed in 1942 based on requlation written in 1923).

Also visit the mainpage, I didn't know you can buy flags that had flown over the Capitol.  Visit this page too.

Yes, flags flown over our capital are available.  In my son's scout troop here in Texas, when each boy receives his eagle award he gets a flag that was flown over the US Capital and one flown over the State of Texas Capital.  I am sure other trops do this as well.

Check with your U.S. representative.  Many times they will donate flags flown over the ccapital.  When I was in Washington several years ago, my U.S. Represenative gave me a flag for use with the Cub Scout Den I was leader of.  The day and date it was flown over the capital was written on the side of the box.
