Run down to the local military recruiters and sign up - you'll get them for free.

I believe the military about a year or two ago admitted that MOPP gear wasn't all that reliable. Probably the only thing its good for is to torture the person wearing it, because it's so hot and you get the charcoal all over you.

You're overreacting to a threat whose likeliness is remote at best. While you're busy trying to buy MOPP gear, the government is at work destroying our civil liberties. That's a threat that should have your full attention right now. A stolen crop duster isn't going to do jack shit.
