Suspected terrorist arrested in Providence Rhode Island.

On local news an Amtrack train in route from Boston to Washington DC was ordered  stopped at the Providence station because it was believed that up to 4 suspects that  avoided being captured in Boston during the raid at the Copley hotel had boarded the train.  Latest news has it that one suspect has been arrested and taken to Providence Police headquarters. He was  taken out of the train station  via the rear entrance and people who had gathered chased the police car carrying the suspect and were yelling at the suspect.

I saw a report that he was not arrested.  They stated that he had an expired visa, and was held on immigration charges.

I believe that if you have an expired visa, they can hold you indefinitely without charging you and legally beat the living piss out of you.

Come on folks, calm down! Take a deep breathe!  Remember how many people got mistakenly arrested before the authorities got Tim McViegh?  A whole bunch.  Lets kick back and see what happens next.  It should be interesting.
