Those who live in the middle east. A good friend of the family has a son who was supposed to come home today from Quatar as a teacher of foriegn lang. He told his dad that no one really thinks he is a threat like we do over here. They supposedly dont think he's credible and that he is weak, unorganized. He is supposedly propped up as bigger than life by the media and US gov in order to support and justify actions to be taken by us and our allies. Aahh.. what the hell, kill'em anyway.[heavy] Brenlover

CBC reports that the Taliban in Afghanistan says that Bin Laden could not be responsible. They won't say why he can't be responsible.

Bin Laden released a press release earlier stating his group had nothing to do with this action. So far only some dinky palistinian group has claimed responsibility(probably fasely, they weren't the PLO or islamic jihad group). The taliban stated they will hold a press conference, I can't believe afghanistan would have backed it, so who knows what that is about. They have to know we'd level them if they did something like this. I'd bet they are probably going to promise cooperation in catching any terrorists(since most terrorist groups use afghanistan as a hideout).
