I masticate quite a few times every day.
In fact, I'm masticating right now.

I did it with a piece of chicken!

I try to several times a day. It's a habit that I can't quit, I have tried but I'm much to weak. I began to fast everynight at bedtime but when I awake I break my fast.

I admit, I am a sinner!! I masticate in church, in front of statues of Jesus and Virgin Mary, in front of my mother, my boss, in public rest room, in the presence of the Pope when I was in Vatican (true story!).

I masticate in the morning
I masticate at night
I masticate in the afternoon
it makes me feel alright

I masticate in time of peace
and masticate in time of war

I masticate before I masticate
then I masticate some more

that's what I do...

I masticate very often, and even with familly and friends, and sometimes all at the same time. I sometimes even masticate with my dog!
