So I am reading about the final meal requests of the Texas death row inmates http://www.tdcj.state.tx.us/stat/finalmeals.htm and I see that in Texas if you want everything on your burger you order it "all the way".  Around these parts they call it a deluxe.  When I have been in New Orleans if you want everything on your smabitch(sandwich) it's ordered fully dressed.  Is there any other terms around the country I should be aware of?

In CA you would want to order an In & Out burger: 4x4 Animal Style

Or Tommy Burgers: Double Chili cheese with pickles and chili fries.

At "Rays" in Kent, Ohio (off Kent State Campus) if you want it all, just ask for the "Mofo".
